Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere but extremely professional. Results always superb. Plenty of free practical advice.

Ive never been to a more friendly salon so if you want to feel at home and have great service then this is the salon for you. I have had a range of treatments from nails to Dollylash and never once been disappointed. I always have a giggle with the girls and always feel really happy when I leave. All the staff are lovely and will make you feel really welcome. Helen is a great skin expert too and is happy to provide advise and samples of products to try which is really great.
Excellent salon friendly atmosphere I was made to feel very welcome and looked after by Helen fab job of my nails. I also have a disability that effects my movement in my right Hand but Helen and liv are very understanding of this and find ways round it to do my mails perfectly this is brill as not all beauticians that have done my nails in the past were so understanding.
Helen & Liv's salon is a fabulous little spot in Northwich, very easily accessible with parking onsite. They offer a great, full salon service in a clean environment with a genuine family atmosphere as it's a mother & daughter operation! You're always made to feel more than welcome and they do the best nails, with some real creativity. I've also had a lovely facial and often go for waxing with Helen. Such a shame about previous, spiteful reviews from fake profiles to try & bring the great reputation down that Queenie B's has, if you're in the area and have frequent beauty requirements, you must come here!
