Great bike shop & service.
Seriously impressed with these guys. Open Sunday and after dropping in with a bent up wheel expecting to pick it up a day or so later, 10-15 min later it was done...and seriously straight. Good work gents, I'll be back.
Phoned up to ask about availability on bike rental on a Thursday, was told no need to reserve and could turn up. The following day I and three friends drove an hour to rent bikes, all the bikes were being rented as they had a big group school booking (which the person on the phone neglected to mention), we were told to come back at 1.30. We came back at 1.30 (after killing an hour and a half) and were then told no availability until 2pm. My friend pointed out that we were told to come back at 1.30 and the guy behind the desk bit his head off. Left the bike shop, had an ice cream next door (which was great) and drove home.

Excellent service from all the staff here - they took my 13 year old out for a 121 session to build his confidence on the tracks. I would highly recommend this - They were patient, encouraging and yes in 2 hours taught him so much about handling a mountain bike. He now wants to go on the tracks every day! Steve was very good with him and is highly trained to bring out the best in children.
