Rude staff member who was having a bad day car repair was most proberly the worst I have seen from a big company here is a list of snags that I saw and a independent car repair garage with is local but had to go to nationwide as someone rear ended me.No lacquer at bottom on bumper Bits on paint work Marks in the filler so could see sand paper scuffs Archs had not been sprayed on new bumper Every time I close the boot the light on number plate popped outDull finish on boot Over- spray marks Thick edges where tape had beenPaint sinking in to filler and looked poor And when I rang to complain had a rude member of staff and would love to share the phone conversation on here is nationwide would allow it. Managers response was she was having a bad day as there had been lots of complaints maybe if the work was to a good quality there would not be.
