Fantastic hand car wash, always do a top job.
Took my car on Saturday 19th January 2019. The car wasn't in a bad state but needed a once over inside and out. Just a spruce up if anything. Asked for a mini valet but was massively disappointed with the job done. The exterior was done fine but the interior was a different story. Terrible job of vacuuming the floor. didn't even bother with the seats. No attempt to clean the windows or polish the dashboard/fascia. Boot not hoovered. Rubbish left in the car. Door sills left muddy so not wiped. this is basic stuff!!! I paid for it!!! When I got home and inspected the car I felt robbed. Lazy rip off merchants! Got home and had to do it all again myself. I WILL NEVER RETURN. There are a few car washes in the same general area. THIS IS ONE TO AVOID.
Our car was filthy, they gave a clean......left the car wash with several big dirt patches on the alloys! Wasn't that impressed for the money. Staff friendly however I will not be going back again....first and last time! That will teach us for not using our local Arons!
Paid for the basic wash when i got home a mile away and checked the vehicle it looked like a four year old had done it honestly the worst wash i have ever seen i could not believe it and they took so long doing it.The lads talked over the roof of the car to each other and were made up when a car turned away. Use Arans round the corner as they can actually wash a car without a attitude.
Young puppy, muddy paws, hair, streaky windows hes be licking - nightmare. But back to new, the guys did a brilliant job on a snowy wet day - cant thankyou enough
