The lady that works on the post office section is extremely unfriendly , doesn't speak to you or thank you , give your job to someone who would relish the role , customer facing jobs are for people with a bit of get up and go , this lady's has got up and gone . It's a no from me I would avoid at all times.
Customer service is dreadful, it's obviously more important to stack shelves than serve customers! Post office is hit and miss whether it's open or not, and the "new" Shell fuel pumps leak diesel all down your car, I went 3 weeks ago and diesel dribbled down my car and onto the floor so I reported it, went yesterday and it did the same thing again, I guess none of the staff care, the ones I've dealt with certainly don't.
Horrible experience, customer service is dreadful and unprofessional.
Milk here is rather expensive, as you don't even get 4 pints, it's only 2 litres for 1.45 or 2 bottles for 2.00, I would have thought considering that spar is a local convenience store, who would really want the 2 bottles deal, defeating the object really.
