Im an incredibly nervous patient yet every dentist Ive seen here has put me at complete ease and done quality work, including the dental assistants who have all been lovely, allowing me to listen to music whilst having treatments and comforting me throughout whatever I have done, would highly reccomend them to everyone!
Exceptional Service by all at this dental practiceIt took me a long time to find an exceptional dental practice, but now I have, and without exaggeration the service, personal care, and understanding towards the patient is why this will be my choice of dental practice for many years to come (hopefully), from the moment you arrive for your appointment you are made to feel welcome by the booking in staff. My dentist is amazing, she was so understanding to my fears due to my mental health disease. The Hygienist is quite simply the best I have ever had to look after my teeth, she is understanding, has a lovely personality and makes me feel at total ease, she talks to me like any other patient,there is an awful lot of stigma in the world of mental health, I trust her unconditionally, which is difficult for someone who suffers mental health issues, trust is an issue for me, not with her, she made me "safe" from the moment I first met her and her assistant. Her assistant is equally as committed and understanding to the patient. I can only thank you all for such wonderful and compassionate service. A friendly smile to someone who lives in the darkness of mental health is often all that is needed to change the outcome of my day, they have never let me down.
I have recently needed to make emergency appointments due to the failure of some very old dental work. I have found the whole team to be obliging, caring and thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend them.
My experience at this dental practice was not a good one...I felt pressured into becoming a private patient, then 8/10 times I need an appointment I had to see an NHS dentist. It was aways difficult to get an appointment on the same day, & theres long waits to see the dentist when you do get an appointment. Id see the dentist who would often ignore my complaints & leave me in pain, & the work that was carried out had to be redone at a different practice within 6 months. The true fact of the matter the principle dentist was a better salesman than he was a dentist. The only good point was it was in a good location & had friendly reception staff....most of the work carried out was substandard & needed to be done again within 6 months
Very slow, arrived before appointment time as was waiting 20+ minutes to be seen.
