Poor service. Agree to take on NHS patients fill out form no availability for new patient dental check and refuse to see when needed.
Dreadful experience from start to finish every time Ive had to deal with staff/ practice manager all they care about is taking your money. They never do check ups if you are having other treatment, they get you to payPrivately weeks ahead and sit on your money. I paid so much to tho sdentist, was made promises and nothing happened and finally had to leave - had to relay the same message to 4 different staff members with no records of these conversations on file. Very pleased with this dentist. Claire was great and reassuring, treatment was as painless as dental treatment can be. Would definitely recommend.
Im a long standing patient at this practice but I find it so frustrating that the hygienists never stick to the appointment times. Today I left work early & in good time for my 4.40pm appointment. Ive driven from Merseyside ensuring I was not late. It is now almost 5.00pm & I'm still waiting...... Unfortunately this occurs virtually every time I have an appointment.
