They are not very good. The staff are clueless and untrained. They will constantly tell you the wrong things and mess you about.
Awful practice. Some of the doctors are ok but if you get Nigel Matthews forget it, he is the most unhelpful, obnoxious and smarmy doctor I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It feels like he's on a power trip and not there to help you. In fact he should have been a traffic warden he's so bad, I would rather stay ill than ever have another appointment with that man.
What a shocker. The management here are possibly the least professional I have come across in the NHS - their use of untruths and obfuscation is constant. The care givers themselves aren't as terrible but woe betide you if you ever need anything other than a simple appointment.
Excellent surgery highly recommended
It can be the luck of the draw here, some doctors are really helpful whilst some seem otherwise engaged. Very difficult to get an appointment though that can't be blamed on the surgery itself I guess.
