Before physio I couldn't manage a 4m run. Post physio I'm clocking 15m.I have the confidence to finish the marathon Ive entered now; not only that but I can stand up and sit down without wincing which is always a bonus!Worth every penny and I won't hesitate in returning in the future if needed.
