Expensive for used games, price for game pre owned is 5 more expensive than the game new at currys pc world. Always price check against other stores and online before buying from here as you will be getting ripped off.
I would avoid this place like the plague. I've recently had a terrible experience with a broken Xbox one S that is less than 4 weeks old. The Xbox was returned to the store, however I was told that the sales assistant didn't have time to check the product. He then falsely made a call with head office claiming that he had tested the product. I had my receipt with me, however he refused to give me a replacement product or refund as he had no 'video footage' of the fault. I'm not sure where it states this in their returns policy so they've obviously made up this rule especially as the fault is intermittent. Game Head Office were as much use as a chocolate fireguard and told me that they cannot overturn the decisode that has been made so now I'm having to contact microsoft to sort this out. I am appalled at the lack of customer service provided and I will not be buying any items from their stores and I would suggest you avoid this company. Giving this experience 1 star is being kind!!
Lovely young man asked if I needed help when I was looking a bit clueless. Another man was really helpful before Christmas. Great store in town, staff are a true credit to the company!
