It's now called rejuvenate gym.fantastic place been going many years and is my life saver.it fills a need for a lot of people and is so friendly.also rejuvenate beauty is part of it with wonderful treatments.

I have been a member of Smooth Gym for almost 5 years....and can't imagine life without it!Love the gym and staff and friends lve made there!the coffee isn't bad either!!!!..
Absolutely love this place. I always fancied the idea of joining a gym but I found most gyms quite intimidating which would put me off. I received a flyer in the post at home offering me a free month but it wasn't just that which immediately caught my attention, it was the fact that it was a ladies only gym. Long story short, made the phone call, went for an induction - and haven't looked back. The ladies who run it are just lovely, down to earth & can't do enough for you. Its like going out to socialise with other ladies of various ages, but doing a full body workout at the same time! Get yourself there - you won't regret it!
I attended the friendly gym last year on a free month's trial basis. I really enjoyed it, the staff were great, the atmosphere was friendly and the equipment easy to use and I benefitted. however, on a limited budget I could not afford to join. this is a pity, as the only downside of the friendly gym is the high cost of membership at 45 a month, it must surely be one of the most expensive.I would suggest lowering the cost. I do miss going, and perhaps more would join if the cost wasn't so very high. thank youMarlene
