I am visually impaired so rely on audio description when visiting cinemas. This was the best experience I have had using this service. The member of staff who served us was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The only negative in comparison to other cinemas was that the sound of the film at times overwhelmed the sound of the AD and I had to put my hands over my ears and press the headphones closer to hear it. My overall experience was positive and I will come hear again
Good cinema bit of a walk from parking location and not much in the way of places to eat after/before. Needs whole area improvement. A bit pricey compared to vue
Great place to go and watch a movie, the worker are so nice. Lots of snack choices and a Costa downstairs. Great place for both family and friends!
Would get 4 stars if movies weren't so expensive. Would get 5 stars if the popcorn was fresh and the food not a rip off. Nice staff. Nice cinema otherwise.
Modern, shiny and clean Odeon cinema. Staff went out of their way to help resolve a ticket issue and allowed me to refill my daughters pick n mix after she dropped it on the floor! Happy to recommend.
