Staff in most Pets at Home stores seem to genuinely care and show interest in your pets. Here however, the three times I have been in, the staff are miserable and uncommunicative. They have not been able to assist me with my purchases when I have asked questions and I have had to Google things while in store! It makes it a horrible place to shop, so now I buy online. 2 stars because the opening hours are good.
Great staff good selection of rodents and fish. Have had my cat groomed here and they did a decent job!
