Had a problem with a leaking overflow pipe from the loft. Called JLM at 6.30pm and James was with us by 7.30pm. Within a short while he has rectified the fault. James was very efficient and pleasant. We will definitely use JLM again and would highly recommend him.

James helped me out with an emergency job this week. The overflow from our loft tank was running all night and it needed to be replaced asap. I also needed some pipes fitting for a new shower. He replied to my text message straight away, came over within a couple of hours and really impressed me with his communication, quick results and work ethic.
