We recently bought and sold a house through iAgent. Great professional and down to earth service through out the whole process. We were also introduced to Becky, the mortgage advisor after we had a hick-up with our mortgage provider. Becky worked day and night to get us the best mortgage to suit us. In the end we sold our house in just 4 days for 10k more than the valuation price that we had received from other estate agents. iAgent are certainly changing the industry for the better!
Couldnt expect a better service!!! I was in a tough spot comming from Lithuania on short notice and in need to find a longterm place to rent. Less than two weeks of me arriving to UK I contacted iAgent Homes and arranged my colleague would check the place the next day. The place suited me and I had to wait just for a few days for screening to finish. My flight not only was schedulled on Sunday which is a non-working day but I were to arrive late in the evening. Because of the circumstances I guessed I would have to stay a night in a hotel and wait for Monday to sign the contract. Without much expectation I contacted Stephen and to my surprise he managed to arrange a meeting late in the evening on Sunday so I could move in just after I arrived! Thanks to iAgent Homes I had a lot less stressful time when I needed it most. :)
Emma and team had been very helpful for the overall tenure and extendwd support within time. Very reasonable prices for the quality of service provided and flexible approach. Would strongly recommend iAgent, being a fair and transperant business.
My review relates to an incident of customer service of which I was left extremely disappointed, Emma was so lovely and bubbly just a shame others wernt the same, my friend has just rented a house on castle hooker street it was rented to her in rather dirty condition and unfinished jobs, she was told to get a cleaner and pass the bill on, fair enough I suppose, just would be nice to move in to your new Home and not have that hassle really.Prices seem very fair though but for the service I received and what I have seen i still wouldn't use them.This is of course my personal view and shouldn't be used for tarnishing a business as that is not the intention.
