Been renting here for a few years, the staff are always helpful and friendly, they offer good choice of cars, vans and minibuses, there new manager is a very nice guy and was so helpful, it took only a few mins to sort out the details and check over the vehicle and I was on my way, thanks Enterprise Northwich
Always good service from Enterprise, although on this visit the manager i tervened and confused both me and his staff. Learnt later he was new!
Easy to book, easy to pick up. They clearly noted all previous damage on the car before we drove it away and ran through exactly what condition they would expect it to be returned in. We were taking the car to a music festival, so we assumed they would be extra picky on any mud inside. Upon return, the process was just as smooth as pick up with no issues found. A relief! I would use them again for sure.
