Called today to rent a car for the day there was a women who answered , she didnt inform me of what I needed to bring to rent the car so I had to make a trip back home ,anyway as the problem passed,after I paid the cost of the rental of the car the lady decided to tell me how many miles I was aloud to do What is 250 miles I couldnt believe it, in my eyes she should of told me before I rented the car and paid for it but she didnt then argued she didnt have too say that , Ive informed trading standards as I found out I was in the right and had a miss sold policy, just be careful with this company.Theres an Asian bloke behind the desk again discusting customer service no help.sat on the phone talking to his mates.

The actual vehicle was very good and the staff at the Cheshire office were very friendly; however, when I collected the minibus I was told the cost was actually 30 more than they had previously quoted and by that time I did not have any choice but to pay the extra amount. I had a busy weekend ahead of me and needed to get on the road.The day after I returned the vehicle, they charged an additional 20 to my card. I didn't see this until several weeks later when I spotted the charge on my card statement. When I queried this with Priory, they gave me the run around for 3 weeks; every time I called them they gave me a different reason for the charge and promised that they would call me back (they never did). When I finally gave up with the Cheshire office and called their Lancashire office, I was told that the bus was returned with less fuel than when I collected it (it was not).I explained that the bus was collected with 1/4 tank of fuel and they asked me to provide evidence of the fuel amount when the bus was returned. Thankfully I had taken a time stamped photo of the fuel gage when returning the bus that clearly reflected the mileage and just over 1/4 tank of fuel (an inner voice told me that I might need it).I was then emailed a copy of the checkout sheet which (incorrectly) had written on it that the bus actually had 3/8 tank of fuel when it was collected and for this reason, they could not help me any further. At first I thought they were joking (they were not).I would recommend that anyone planning to deal with this company do so with caution; I certainly will not be using them again.
