We arrived at 14:55 for the 15:00 wet and wild swimming session. We qued for 10 minutes to be told that the session was full when we arrived at the front of the que. Nowhere did it advise us to arrive early or there was limited numbers. Family day wasted, thanks for nothing Brio

Fantastic changing facilities, a big fan of the baby change / disabled change - plenty of room for a family of need be (or in our case 2 friends with 2 1 and unders - it definitely makes a difference when one of them tries to crawl away!!)Various size lockers (20p) which is handy for singletons (small lockers) or families. The changing rooms themselves are very clean and fresh smelling - we saw staff cleaning both on entry and exit.The baby pool itself was larger than standard, and warm, which was a nice change! There is also a pool chair for the disabled, which was nice to see, although it does mean that the steps into the pool are narrower.Planning on returning soon!
junior gym in principal is a good idea. but half the youngsters are using gym as a playground and gym equip as toys . gym staff just allow this yo happen. some kids do.t know how to use equip safely either .
I've been here now a couple of times and I'm both occasions I have found this place an amazing place all the staff are friendly and accommodating and go up and beyond the Call of Duty where it is needed all amenities are there toilets disabled toilets changing facilities I was there back in September to see Britain's Got Talent star and it was amazing place we plan to go back to see more shows I just recently went there for a breakfast and a comfort break before I went on my journey to my holiday and it was great would highly recommend this place for a visit for anything from a show to health and wellbeing
