Awful! I bought a size 2 belt a couple of weeks back and when it arrived I tried it on over my top and it was too small. I popped it back in the bubble wrapped envelope and sent it back asking for a refund as the instructions to exchange for a bigger size were a little unclear. So I sent it back and planned to 're order a larger size when I was refunded. Instead the item was sent back with a letter saying it wasn't resellable! Slightly baffled as it didn't fit. I called the company and they said there was fluff on the Velcro!! As I tried it on over my top and as it's mainly Velcro I would think that they would be slightly lenient with this. I'm pretty sure any company wouldn't refuse a refund if a dress was sent back with fluff on it! Also i hadnt sent it back in the plastic sealable bag it came in (which it was sent back to me in, so that shouldn't have been a problem!!) That was another poor excuse. As a company trying to help pregnant people with problems and trying to help make life that bit easier I was absolutely shocked by their lack of compassion and understanding with this matter. No room for the smallest fault (a bit of fluff). So I'm now stuck with a very unmarked clean white maternity belt (with a bit of fluff on the velcro) and 30 short due to silly rules put in place by a manager who obviously has no understanding of this situation. Thank you for your lack of understanding I won't be referring to you.
