Hotel is a bit on the older side (it has real keys !) But the restaurant next door is fantastic the food was amazing

We arrived and were given our 'accessible room'. But the bathroom was far from accessible, having a bath and overbath shower. I had booked on the phone so this definition of 'accessible' should have been explained to me. My husband is in a wheelchair. The receptionist was very helpful and booked us into Northwich South where we were given a large room with very large wet room. This is excellent. Clean and quiet. Restaurant next door very nice though a bit of a push up the slope to get there. We would stay at Northwich South again if in the area.
